Eli came to the appointment promptly, and did the work. However, he was not straightforward about the $150 coming-out fee. (If he told me when I first called, I could try other plumbers. Ironically, I saw 'free estimate' printed on his truck.) He also imposed additional change beyond his quoted price, saying that he did additional work. When I asked if he would offer warranty, he was elusive. Basically, he was giving an example that he would not be responsible for toilet cloak if the client put a diaper in the toilet. But in my case, it was leaking from shower/tub! I contacted Eli because of the recommendation from Nextdoor.com, I should do more research beforehand; a lesson costly learned.

My kitchen sink was backing up. Water was no longer draining. I called EB plumbing. He was at my house within the hour. He cleared all my pipes. He also fixed the awkward way my kitchen pipes were put together which often caused leaking. The job was done in about 2 hours. No problems since. I would call him again for any future issues.

I called EB Plumbing because they were located close to my home. My garbage disposal was not working. EB arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, which was nice. Garbage disposals get stuck, so I had tried to get it going by using the company-supplied wrench, which did not unstick the unit. EB tried for 5 minutes to unstick it using the same wrench, decided the unit was no good, and suggested I get a new one. Fine. So I said that I would get one and have him back to install it. He said he would have to charge me another $150 trip charge to come back. Really? $300 in trip charges to travel 10 minutes to my house? I understand that plumbers do need to charge a fee just to come out, but under the circumstances, I felt that charging me twice was excessively rigid, not to mention very high priced. I paid the $150 for the 5-minute service call and that was that. I had someone else (who only charged a $75 dollar trip charge) come out and install the new unit. I won't call EB again.

Eli helped me with some toilets and did a fantastic job. He was personable and timely. He's obviously intelligent and good at what he does, takes pride in making sure things and working and cleaned up when he's done, and he's more of the no-nonsense, old school type, which I appreciate. He not only fixed things but helped me understand what had gone wrong so I can try to avoid it in the future. I'll be recommending him to everyone I know.

Iβve used him before and was very happy. This time I called because handle on toilet broke off. I thought it would need all new βgutsβ or whatever itβs called. He said he could replace just the handle. Had to call him back 2 times. Still not working right. Called someone else

Solid work. Eli answered his phone and came the next day. He fixed the leak and a couple of other things. No hassles or BS!!!
